A self described workaholic, Lucy has historically found herself in a habit of ingesting a plethora of information around self development and self care, but has struggled to actually implement her learning into her lived experience. She loves what she does for work, and has a hard time pulling herself away from it!

For the next six months, Lucy has committed to prioritizing self care, shifting her beliefs about work & rest, and actually DOING the practices to care for her nervous system.
Throughout the next several months, we will be hosting 4 separate livestreams together - one for each module of my Work Deliciously program:
